I’m Elya, the owner of Modify. I’m also a mom of 2 spunky girls, a lovable pup and am married to a handsome accountant! I am a lover of smiles, addicted to creating order out of chaos and creating beautiful and functional spaces.

I have been organizing and designing since I was a child. I wasn’t your typical child playing with toys, I was instead cleaning and organizing my playhouse and alphabetizing my bookshelves. Having a father that is a custom home builder allowed me to learn a lot about the building and design process and encouraged my love of function and beautiful design.

I love creating spaces for my clients to thrive in! My goal is to create a space you’ll never want to leave!
