I offer a $250 one-hour consultation. This includes a customized organization and initial design plan. This fee will be applied to the organization or design project should the client choose to proceed. I can meet with you in-person or virtually. This consultation will take the mystery out of what services can be provided and will discuss options that would best meet your wants and needs.
Yes & No. You can be a part of the process as much or as little as you’d like. Organization projects will require clients to be present for the initial consultation and the final decluttering, approximately 1-3 hours depending on the project size. Design projects will require clients to review and finalize designs, approximately 1-3 hours depending on the project size.
Modify is here to help you as much or as little as you need. There is a $250 minimum design fee which includes a one hour consultation. This fee is applied to any future decorating and design services.

Each project will vary due to the project size, budget and your desired outcome. I offer 3 affordable Organization Packages for smaller projects to help clients stay within their budget. Larger projects are typically billed a standard hourly rate in addition to “cost-plus” pricing for goods & supplies. Organizational projects typically range from $500 – $3,000. Interior Decorating & Design Plans have a flat rate based on the project size. Project management fees and “cost-plus” pricing for goods & supplies are also applied to design projects.
Yes. Every client has a unique style and the organization systems and décor used will ideally compliment the existing space and the client’s wants & needs.
